Foundational Focus Package
The Foundational Focus Package is the starting point for all new clients. This 4-week program lays the groundwork for mental performance by teaching the “Big 4” mental skills: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Goal-Setting, and Focus. Each week includes:
A 45-minute one-on-one session tailored to your unique experiences and needs
Exclusive access to corresponding online learning modules with guided education, activities, and resources
A notebook to reinforce learning and track progress
Ongoing support through a secure chat platform for questions and check-ins
This package ensures that every athlete is equipped with foundational mental skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. It also demonstrates an athlete’s commitment to their mental training and well-being before moving into more personalized work. At the end of the 4 weeks, we will meet (with parents if applicable) to determine the next steps for continued growth.
